Cancellation Requests:
Customers can raise cancellation requests for items or orders within 24 hours of placing the order.
Requests must be sent via email to kyraclosetofficial@gmail.com using the same ID used for ordering.
Include the order ID and reason for cancellation in the email.
Cancellation Policy:
Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Customers can only raise return requests upon receiving a faulty product after delivery.
Return Policy for Damaged Products:
If customers receive damaged products, they can return them for either store credit or exchange.
Queries regarding damaged products must be sent within 48 hours of delivery.
Store credit will be issued upon receipt of the returned product and after QC verification
Customization Policy:
No replacements or refunds for size issues unless the product is faulty or damaged.
Customers are advised to check the size guide before ordering.
Refund Process for COD Orders:
Refund amounts for cash on delivery orders will be settled as a form of store credit(gift coupon).
Gift cards cannot be returned for their monetary value.
Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for shipping the product(s) back to the Kyra closet as they do not have a reverse pickup facility.
Items must be in their original condition, with their labels and tags intact
They must be unused and unwashed, unsoiled without any stains or damages
The company will bear shipping charges for defective products, while customers must bear them for wrong orders.
MISSING OR DAMAGE POLICY:
A missing or damaged item claim must be raised within 48 Hrs of receiving the parcel
We will need Opening Video of the item(s) and the delivery parcel it was received in.
Our customer care team will investigate and offer an appropriate resolution
Shipping Charges Deduction:
A deduction of Rs 300 will be made from the product amount for shipping charges.
